We needed a septic inspection for buying a house. Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing made the costs involved very clear before coming out. They provided a great report that was very clear and easy to understand. Would definitely use them again.

Jerry is a very friendly guy. He did the work required. I noticed a number of people said he had to leave to pick up some parts, which he also had to do for me to fix a simple plunger problem. I am surprised he doesn't just keep some basic parts in his truck. Expect to pay 2 hours min. Other than that, i was satisfied.

They came out and really looked at what was going on with my shower head dripping and took care of the problem. Plus, they cleaned the shower area where their boots were. Would highly recommend and plan to use in the future when I need them again!

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! I am the Contracts Manager for a Government subcontractor on NAS Jacksonville.  First, let me say I reached out to Roto Rooter Management to have a conversation about our experience a week ago today and I have received no communication back from Roto Rooter.  I even reached out to their Customer Service Manager to no avail.  When management doesn't care, it shows through to the customer service.  We had a plumbing backup at one of the government buildings.  We called RR out three times for assistance.  After each visit, RR internally schedules a excavation team to come out and make sure they got all of the issue resolved.  This is an awesome practice if it is communicated to the customer.  The third day I called RR to have a plumbing crew come back out, I was told that I needed to speak with a manager.  I asked why I needed to speak with a manager, and no one could provide an answer.  I was told a manager would call me back within 1 hour, so I waited.  An hour passed, two hours passed and no call.  I called RR back and was told the same thing, but I wouldn't just go away so they transferred me from Customer Service to Dispatch.  Let me note here that they are famous for transferring you to another person with no warning.  The person transferring you hasn't told the other person they are transferring you to anything, so you have to start all over with what's going on.  That's definitely poor customer service!  Once I got transferred to the dispatcher, I was frustrated because it made no sense that I had to go through so much to get a plumbing crew to come back out.  The dispatcher that I spoke with was rude and loud and his manager heard him and investigated.  That's the only way I was able to speak with a manager because they continued to tell me that there was not a manager available that I could speak with.  Speaking with the night ops manager is where I gained clarity regarding what was going on.  He told me that I needed to speak with a manager to get an excavation crew.  But I never once asked for an excavation crew.  Never once did the word excavation come out of my mouth.  The manager said, Oh, we can get you a plumbing crew out right away.  Finally, after asking for help for over 3 hours at this point, I got someone to listen to what we needed and send a crew.  The CSR and Dispatcher were going by whatever they had put in their system regarding the excavation that we never asked for and they refused to listen to our needs.  As a professional and a manager, it is imperative that I listen to understand and comprehend the issue before I start running my mouth.  I wish someone within RR would take heed to this lesson.  After this experience, I would never use RR personally or professionally again and I certainly would never refer a headache to anyone.  Learn from my headache and find a plumbing company that not only listens to your needs but one that when there is a problem and you reach out for assistance from their management team, their management team reaches back.

We replaced our old countertops in the kitchen to granite. The sink used to be over the top but we decided on countersunk and the piping did not match up. So, we called Fenwick on a Saturday and their plumber, Michael Bryant showed up on time. He replaced everything that was needed, leak checked it and now we have a workable sink and garbage disposal! He was very friendly, and knowledgeable and got the job done right! It also comes with a one year warranty. Nice company to remember when you have plumbing or air-conditioning problems. They are 24/7.

Fati and Stevo replaced 2 toilets at my house and also completed repairs on a leaking pipe.  All work was outstanding including great customer service.  I would use them again in the future for any plumbing work.

Called today for to have a new faucet installed. It was kind 9f an emergency as my husband tried to remove it but lacked the proper tools. I called at 2:00 and a technician called me about 5 minutes later saying he would be here in 10 minutes. Within an hour, the new faucet was installed and the water was back on. The price was very reasonable. Another company wanted $400 to come out today. This company will be my go to for plumbing needs.

I contacted this professional thru yelp.  I got a reply and set up an appointment.  What I am am so pleased about is that there was miscommunication with the scheduled appointment.  He got right back to us, came the next day on his off day and got our job completed and I was really pleased with the work.  Here's the thing.  I had a repair to my front door, repair to a stair railing and installation of a toliet.  This gentleman got to work got it done and did a great job in record time.  Seems like they really know what they are doing.  So I have other jobs and I will use him again.  So lets see if this gentleman does consistent good work.  I'll be sure to let you know; however I think I've hit the jackpot!

They did an excellent job figuring out our plumbing issue. There were leaks in our irrigation, he gave us a couple options and he figured out the cost of repairs to the system for a very reasonable price. He did all this in a short amount of time and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs!

Keith was punctual, professional and went above and beyond with our home warranty repair. After replacing our leaky hose, he even adjusted the flow on my sink sprayer to make it work more effectively. We will definitely call him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

They canceled on me TWO days in a row and now they are an hour and a half late for today's appointment. I'm not even sure if they're still coming. That's so unprofessional.
